ABOUT ME
I began my career managing complex programs and transformation initiatives, where success depended on bringing structure to ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies, and keeping delivery moving across teams and geographies.
Over time, I found myself increasingly drawn to the people side of transformation. A recurring challenge stood out: organizations invested in training, yet information delivered did not always translate into confident application, changed behavior, or sustained performance.
That insight shaped the next chapter of my career.
I moved deeper into learning experience design, facilitation, capability building, and practitioner communities, designing experiences around practice, reflection, feedback, and real-world application. More recently, that work expanded into Responsible AI and AI enablement, helping people build confidence around rapidly changing technology while connecting learning to practical business needs.
Today, I bring both sides of my experience together: learning design and program leadership. I work from the business need through design, delivery, adoption, and measurement, with one goal: helping people turn learning into action and action into meaningful impact.
HOW I WORK
I use an iterative approach that connects business needs, learner experience, delivery, evidence and continuous improvement.
What I Do
I design learning around what people need to understand, practice and apply at work. I use adult learning principles, ADDIE, SAM and design thinking to simplify complex content, build meaningful practice and feedback, and connect learning to performance.
I help organizations make change easier for people to understand and adopt. I use the ADKAR model (awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, reinforcement) alongside learning, communication and enablement to translate new processes and technologies into practical changes in how people work.
I lead complex initiatives from intake and planning through execution, transition and service handover. My approach combines stakeholder and vendor alignment, risk and dependency management, ITIL-aligned change and service transition, executive reporting, and Agile or hybrid governance where it fits the work.
I design learning ecosystems that keep people connected and learning beyond a formal program. I use community, communication, peer learning and knowledge sharing, microlearning and self-paced e-learning to sustain engagement and help learning spread across teams.

My throughline across this work: facilitation and design still matter more than the tools we use. AI is changing how people access information, not the harder work of building real understanding, judgment or confidence to apply it. A course can cover everything and still teach nothing if it never asks a learner to think, decide or practice. The same holds for facilitation: presenting content well is not the same as creating the conditions where people actually engage, question and own what they learn. As AI takes over more of the "coverage" work, the facilitator's job shifts further toward designing for participation, connection and application, the parts of learning that were never really about information in the first place.
